Overview
GLI Finance’s new investment company, GLI Alternative Finance, raised £52.7m, a large proportion of which came from GLI Finance itself as it swapped loans on its balance sheet for shares in the new fund. The new fund will start trading tomorrow (23 September). The intention is to expand the fund with a series of C share issues.
