Overview
With effect from 8.00am on 1 September 2016, the fund formerly known as GLI Alternative Finance plc has changed its name to The SME Loan Fund plc. It is now trading under the ticker ‘SMEF’. The Company’s website has also changed from www.glialternativefinance.com to www.thesmeloanfund.com. The company says that all other details remain unchanged.
Separately, the company has also announced that it has appointed Cantor Fitzgerald Europe to act as broker and financial adviser, replacing N+1 Singer Advisory, with effect from 1 September 2016.
