Overview
Miton UK MicroCap Trust, managed by Gervais Williams (pictured), has announced its the intention to raise approximately £15m through the issue of ordinary shares, which are to be issued under the trust’s previously announced share issuance programme of up to 250m ordinary and/or c-shares.
The Issue launched immediately following the announcement and the bookbuild is expected to close at 4.30 p.m. (London time) on Wednesday, 1 February 2017 but may be closed earlier or later at the discretion of the trust and Peel Hunt. The trust says that it expects that the new ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on or around 3 February 2017.
