Globalworth Real Estate announces €170m Poland deals

Globalworth Real Estate raises €264.3m – Globalworth Real Estate Investors (GWI), a leading investor in office space across Central and Eastern Europe, has announced the issue of €264.3m of additional equity capital following the completion of a placing.

The placing shares being issued represent around 14.7% of the existing issued ordinary share capital of the company (excluding treasury shares).

GWI say that an application has been made for the placing shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that the admission will become effective on 15 October 2019.

This additional capital will help us to execute on the attractive acquisition and development opportunities that we have already identified and enhance our well-established platform.
