 	<li>GCP Student Living (DIGS) has terminated WeWork's lease on the commercial space at Scape Shoreditch. The 50,000 sq ft Grade A space is just a two-minute walk from Old Street Underground. WeWork had £2.3m of rent arrears up to the end of 2020. GCP Student Living has collected £3.1m from WeWork to cover the arrears and rent due up to June 2021.</li>
 	<li>AVI Japan Opportunity (AJOT) has raised £13.9m by issuing 12,107,323 new shares at 115.07p. The price is a 2% premium to the NAV on 12 February.</li>
 	<li>Invesco Perpetual Select plans to drop the "Perpetual" [<span style="color: #e85c4f;"><em>which seems kind of apt given these Invesco trusts have been dropping like flies</em></span>]. Its new name will be Invesco Select Trust but the tickers will remain the same. (IVPU, IVPG, IVPB and IVPM).</li>
