NewRiver REIT (formerly NewRiver Retail) says that its mission is to own and operate best-in-class retail properties that generate a high, sustainable income and provide a vibrant attractive environment for retailers and shoppers.
The company says that, since inception in 2009, NewRiver has grown to become one of the leading players in the UK property retail sector. The portfolio provides investors with exposure to high income generating retail assets. They believe that, as the retail landscape evolves, the drivers of their business model remain – to deliver income returns and enhance capital value through strategic stock selection, active asset management and risk-controlled development.
