Overview
Trinity Capital was created in 2006 for the purpose of investing in real estate and real estate-related entities across India, with a particular focus on the office, retail, hospitality and residential sectors. Its investments are structured as special-purpose vehicles or joint ventures and investments in equity, and it became fully invested within two years of its launch.
In March 2009, shareholders voted to change Trinity Capital’s investment policy by requiring the company to gradually dispose of its assets over time and return capital to investors
