Overview
Rights and Issues Investment Trust invests in equities with an emphasis on smaller companies. UK smaller companies will normally constitute at least 80% of the investment portfolio. UK smaller companies include both listed securities and those quoted on the Alternative Investment Market (“AIM”).
Rights and Issues Investment Trust was, until June 2016, a split capital investment trust with two classes of share – income (RIII) and capital (RIIC). On 6 June 2016, the capital shares were amalgamated with the income shares.
