Pantheon International redeemable shares form part of the capital structure of Pantheon International. It is an investment trust that invests in private equity funds globally. Pantheon International tries to actively manage risk by the careful selection and purchase of high quality private equity funds in a diversified and balanced portfolio. Exposure is balanced across buyout, venture and growth, and special situations funds from a multitude of geographical regions and vintage.
Pantheon International redeemable shares do not have a vote in company meetings. They are redeemable at the Company’s option at net asset value within 60 days of the end of the month when the net asset value was calculated.
