Asian Growth Properties and its subsidiaries carry on business as an investor and developer of commercial office, retail and residential properties in Hong Kong and mainland China as well as a hotel owner and operator.
Asian Growth Properties’ strategy is to: invest in the property sector within the Asia Pacific region where the Directors believe that the Company has a competitive advantage by virtue of the relevant experience of the Directors; invest predominantly in development projects in selected regions of The People’s Republic of China (including Hong Kong); and grow the Group by way of adding value to projects during the development process.
