Overview
The UK Commercial Property REIT is a UK real estate investment trust. Until 1 July 2018, it was a closed ended Guernsey registered investment company and its name was UK Commercial Property Trust. The company’s objective is to provide shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital and income growth from investing in a diversified portfolio of UK commercial properties.
