Overview
Pacific Alliance Asia Opportunities tries to provide its shareholders with capital appreciation and a regular level of income through value, arbitrage and special situations investments in the Asian markets. It is a feeder fund for Pacific Alliance Asia Opportunity Fund L.P. (a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership). The fund buys assets that can be purchased at discounts to their realisable net asset value and realising such value through sales of the underlying assets or through other forms of structured exit.
Target investments include distressed credit, private equity secondaries, activist investments and other opportunities offering the possibility of unlocking the underlying value of a company or asset.
