Overview
Green REIT’s strategy is to create a portfolio of commercial property in Ireland that delivers value for shareholders through opportunistic investment, active property management and prudent use of debt finance. They invest in commercial properties in prime locations, mainly around Dublin, that require capital and asset management expertise.
By purchasing commercial property at a low point in the cycle and at a time when financial institutions continue to deleverage, they aim to capture the recovery in the Irish economy and commercial property market. Thier vision is a market-leading Irish REIT with prime and good secondary commercial assets, modest leverage, and high cashflow and dividend generation. The Company is an active investor and continues to implement strategies to enhance the quality and value of acquired assets and improve annual rental values.
