Overview
Triple Point Energy Efficiency Infrastructure Company : TEEC invests in a diversified portfolio of energy efficiency assets which have a positive environmental impact and which facilitate the transition to a low carbon economy in accordance with the UK government’s overall environmental targets. The company’s investments will focus on three core sectors: low carbon heat distribution; social housing retrofit and industrial energy efficiency; and distributed generation.
The company is targeting a total return of 7-8% a year with a targeted dividend yield of 5.5% on its IPO price in its first full financial year and will seek to adopt a progressive dividend policy thereafter.
