- LondonMetric has appointed a new non-executive director. Kitty Patmore, currently chief financial officer at Harworth Group, has joined the board with immediate effect. She has 15 years of finance, banking and real estate lending experience.
- Sirius Real Estate said it has collected 98% of rent in 2020, writing off just €205,000 of the €141.2m it billed. The German business park owner added that enquiry levels for the month of January 2021 are around 20% ahead of those in January 2020.
