Overview
Capital & Regional is a specialist REIT that invests in retail and leisure assets, primarily ‘in-town dominant community shopping centres’, in the UK. Capital & Regional’s stated aim is to deliver cost effective, efficiently run centres that meet the needs of retailers and visitors and provide shareholder value through rental growth. The company’s portfolio is primarily made up of wholly owned shopping centres although it also has some joint ventures as well as Snozone, the largest indoor ski slope operator in the UK.
