Blue Planet Investment Trust has an investment policy of investing in securities (including equities, exchange traded funds, equity-related securities, bonds and derivatives) issued by companies, Governments and other types of issuers located throughout the world with the objective of providing investors with a combination of capital growth and income. While there is no mention of a commitment to investing in financial stocks in there, these do make up the majority of its investments.
