Overview
Drumz (formerly Energiser Investments) plc invests principally but not exclusively within the technology sector in Europe. The company may also invest in projects in other sectors or geographies where the directors believe that there are high growth opportunities.
The directors believe that the company can invest in and acquire technology businesses, improve them by a combination of new management and investment and realise the value created, part of which will be used for distributing returns to shareholders.
