TR Property results for the year ended 31 March 2014 were good. The Company’s benchmark delivered a total return of 14.9%, just ahead of the return on the IPD index of 14.0%. The total return on net assets over the year was 22.4% and the return to shareholders was 37.7% as the discount narrowed to 2.9% from 13.4%. TR Property’s directly held property delivered a return of 37.5%, driven by a 56% return on Park Place in Vauxhall and the Colonnades in Bayswater. The dividend rose to 7.4p from 7.0p, an increase of 6.4%.
