MCKS : McKay Securities buys offices in Theale Berkshire
McKay Securities is spending £8.5m buying three offices outside Theale station (south of Reading, near junction 12 of the M4). The offices, known as Station Plaza, cover 41,846 sq ft and come with 170 car parking spaces.
The price paid equates to an initial yield of 10.1%. One of the offices is unoccupied but all three are let to a firm called Nocitra (formerly Integralis)
