PNL : No change at Personal Assets
Personal Asset’s net asset value rose by 1.6% over the six months that ended on 31 October 2014 while the FTSE All-Share Index fell by 3.2% over the same period. The shares moved from trading at a small discount to a small premium and the share price rose by 3.0%. The dividends for the first half total £2.80 and they say they will pay two more quarterly dividends of £1.40 before reviewing the level of the dividend.
There was little change in the distribution of the portfolio which is split 56% cash and liquidity (including gold, gilts and inflation linked securities) and 44% equities as it was in April.
