  • Ahead of its AGM on 25 November 2020, JPEL Private Equity (JPEL) provided an update on its realisation strategy, noting that its manager is in advanced negotiations to sell its largest asset, its interest in MBI Holding. The transaction price would be around its carrying value with negotiations ongoing.
  • Nippon Active Value (NAVF) announced the appointments of Alicia Ogawa as senior independent director and Rachel Hill as chair of the nomination and remuneration committee, with immediate effect.
  • Infrastructure India (IIP) announced the appointment of Strand Hanson as its nominated investment advisor, with immediate effect.
  • EPE Special Opportunities (ESO) said that it intends to begin buying back ordinary shares in the company. The proposed buybacks would be funded by the company’s cash reserves.
